For timber construction teams

One model.
cadwork 3d, Revit & Archicad.

Cadwork Connect keeps your building model in sync across the tools your architects, engineers and production planners already use as native, editable elements. Not geometry.

Why Cadwork Connect

Built for real round-trips, not one-way exports

⇄

Native elements, both directions

Walls, windows, doors, slabs, roofs, beams and columns are pushed and pulled as real, editable objects in every application.

☑

Know before you pull

The pull preview shows whether every incoming element will be created, updated or remain unchanged.

⟳

Updates, not duplicates

Every element carries a stable identity across applications, so repeated pulls update in place.

✎

Versioned with messages

Add a message to every push and see who changed what, when. Full model history is stored in the cloud.

▤

Material mapping

Map building materials once in a shared table. Layer functions and thicknesses survive the round-trip.

⚑

Openings that stay put

Window and door orientation is transported geometrically and verified on import.

Workflow

Three steps to a shared model

  1. 1

    Connect

Open Cadwork Connect inside Revit, Archicad or cadwork 3d and choose your project and model.

  2. 2

    Push

Select elements, write a short message and push a new cloud model version.

  3. 3

    Pull

Review the change preview, pull, and continue working on native elements in your tool.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need all three applications?

No. Cadwork Connect links any two applications, or all three.

Is my model data safe?

Models are exchanged through a Speckle server: the public cloud or your own self-hosted instance.

What happens to elements I already pulled?

They update in place because every element keeps a stable identity across applications.

Which versions are supported?

Current cadwork 3d and Revit releases, plus Graphisoft Archicad 28.
